We are a UK Company, Parts are shipped to you from within the UK. Some parts require ordering and can take 1-2 weeks.
Cost
Orders over £100 receive free delivery, orders under £100 have a delivery charge of £2.95. This is delivery via Hermes and can take 2-5 working days. If you have a need for a faster delivery please contact us and we will endeavour to oblige wherever possible. If a delivery charge to your location is grossly undercharged we have the right to cancel the order or the customer can make an arrangement to cover the full postage cost.
AVAILABILITY / ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all parts within the quoted time. We keep ‘fast moving’ parts in stock ready to ship from our UK warehouse. The nature of our business and the vast quantities of available parts means parts will have to be ordered for you. Some parts require ordering from outside the UK and are delivered in 1-2 weeks. If there is an extended lead time you will be informed.
We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund via our online. Cancellation of ‘special order’ parts after 48 hours of you placing the order will incur a 50% fee. This is because we cannot cancel special order parts with the supplier after ordering.
Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available or we will provide a full refund.

Most items will be delivered using Royal Mail but some expensive, bulky and/or fragile products will be shipped via special delivery or private courier.
If you haven’t received your items within 2 weeks of the date of despatch, they can be declared “lost in transit” and we will arrange a replacement order. For deliveries outside of the UK, we need to wait 3 weeks before a missing order can be declared “lost in transit”.
